Consent to communications

If you opt into our marketing communications, you agree to receive emails and push notifications from aiCooking about new features, new chefs, the Recipe of the Day and special gem offers.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by turning notifications off in the app or your device settings. Emails about your account, such as confirming it or resetting your password, are not marketing and are always sent.

Instagram messages

When you comment a keyword such as RECIPE or RECETA on one of our Instagram posts, or message us on Instagram, we reply by direct message with what you asked for, such as a link to the recipe. These replies are sent through Zernio, under Instagram's rules. Reply STOP, or ask us to stop, and we will not send more.

Referral programs

We may offer referral rewards such as free gems or plan time. Abuse of a referral program (for example referring yourself or creating fake accounts) will result in the account being closed and its gems lost.

Lead generation

Information you share with us through our website, email or social channels may be used to contact you about plans, partnership opportunities or franchise inquiries related to Enchantia Realms, LLC. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
