1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use aiCooking. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & Purchases
aiCooking operates on a freemium model. Some content and features are free; others require a subscription, in-app purchase, or the use of our virtual currency, Gems.
- Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) include tokens (Gems) for use within the app.
- Gems can be used to generate recipes, interact with chefs, and access premium content.
- Gem Pricing:
- Chef Message Interaction: 1 Gem
- Recipe Resale (previously generated): 5 – 8 Gems
- Recipe Generation: 10 – 14 Gems
- Ingredient Recognition: 15 Gems
- Chef Creation: 30 Gems
- Top-up packages are available as separate one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- Prices and features may change over time. We will notify you of material changes.
1. Auto-Renewal Terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods if you cancel.
2. Managing your Subscription:
To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap “Subscriptions”
- Select “aiCooking”
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” or modify your plan

3. Refunds:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Gems purchased or granted cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- Subscription refunds are handled through the Apple App Store according to Apple’s refund policies.
- To request a refund, contact Apple Support or manage your subscription in your Apple account settings.
4. Virtual Currency (Gems)
Gems are digital tokens with no cash value. They can only be used within the aiCooking ecosystem. Gems are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify the cost of services in Gems at any time.
Gem Expiration:
- Monthly subscription gems do not expire at the end of each billing period.
- Subscription gems do not expire.
- Gems purchased through top-up packages do not expire.
- Upon subscription cancellation, any unused subscription gems will remain as long the account is not deleted.
- If an user decides to delete the account, the Gems as well as all the recipes tied to the account will also go away. We will not have a way to prevent this from happening.
5. User Content
You may submit content (e.g., feedback, custom chef profiles). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content to improve our services.
You agree not to upload or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, or offensive.
- Infringes on third-party rights.
- Violates any law or regulation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service, including images, recipes, character designs, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content except as explicitly permitted by these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app’s code or content.
- Exploit the app’s services (e.g., farming Gems, bypassing payment).
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Violate any laws while using the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
aiCooking provides AI-generated content for informational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Nutritional information.
- Recipe results.
- Food safety or dietary compatibility.
Always consult a professional if you have allergies or medical conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of data or profits.
- Personal injury or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Apple App Store License Notice
This application is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the aiCooking app is subject to your acceptance of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
1. Scope of License
Under the Standard EULA, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the aiCooking app on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store’s Usage Rules.
2. Limitations
You may not:
- Distribute or make the app available over a network.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
- Modify or create derivative works of the app.
- Transfer or sublicense the app.
3. Use Of Data
By using the app, you consent to our collection of technical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information about your device and usage, which may be used to support and improve the app.
4. Third-Party Services
aiCooking may allow access to external services (e.g., recipe marketplaces, nutritional APIs, or image generation platforms). Your use of these services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiCooking and its licensors disclaim all warranties. The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the app or $50, whichever is greater.
6. Export Compliance
You agree not to export or re-export the app in violation of U.S. law. You represent you are not located in any restricted country or on a prohibited list.
7. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction, in which case local law shall apply.
