Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Enchantia Realms, LLC ("we", "us") for your use of aiCooking: the iPhone app, the web app at aicooking.app/app and the website aicooking.app.

By creating an account or using aiCooking, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 17 years old. If you do not agree, do not use aiCooking.

Your account

Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Recipes, photos and answers made by AI

Recipes, recipe photos, chef characters, nutrition figures, translations and Mila's answers are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong. Recipe photos show what a dish could look like, not what yours will look like, and nutrition figures are estimates.

Always read the ingredients yourself. We leave the allergies in your profile out of the recipes made for you and point them out in other recipes, but we cannot guarantee that a recipe, ingredient or product is free of an allergen. Check labels, cook food to safe temperatures, and handle knives, heat and equipment with care.

aiCooking is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Talk to a professional about allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or diets.

Gems

Gems are aiCooking's virtual currency. You use them to get new recipes and chefs, to unlock recipes in the marketplace, and for other features. The price in gems is shown before you spend them, and we may change prices.

New accounts get free gems (currently 100). You can also earn gems, for example by reviewing a recipe you bought or when someone buys a recipe made at your request, as described in the app; we may change or end these rewards.

Gems are a limited licence to use features in aiCooking. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account. Gems are lost when an account is deleted or closed. Gems bought on the web and in the iPhone app are the same gems.

Purchases and plans

You can buy gem packs and plans in the iPhone app, through Apple's App Store, or in the web app, where payment is handled by Stripe through RevenueCat. The price is shown before you buy.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. A plan is managed and cancelled where you bought it: one from the App Store in your Apple ID settings, one from Google Play in the Play Store's subscriptions, and one bought on the web in the app's Profile > Membership, through the link in your receipt email, or by writing to us. Profile > Membership in the app shows where yours was bought. Deleting your account cancels a plan bought on the web; a plan from the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by it, and only you can cancel it there. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Each plan gives gems every period, as shown when you buy it: currently Monthly, 140 gems a month; Annual, 1,750 gems a year; and Supporter (on the web), 3,500 gems a year and a Supporter badge. If a plan starts with a free trial, its gems are given when the first paid period begins. We may change plans and what they include, and will tell you before a change applies to a plan you already have.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law or Apple's App Store policies require otherwise.

The Recipe of the Day

Each Recipe of the Day is free for everyone for 24 hours. While it is free you can cook it, comment on it and keep it for half its usual price. After that it goes back to its usual price. We choose the recipes and may offer more than one on a day.

What you post

You keep the rights to what you post, such as reviews, comments, ratings, photos and the ideas you give for recipes and chefs. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, adapt and share it in aiCooking and in promoting aiCooking. Recipes and chefs made at your request may be offered to other people in the aiCooking marketplace, and stay in aiCooking if you delete your account.

Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent, anything that is not about food when it should be, other people's private information, spam, or anything you do not have the right to share. We check photos and text automatically, may review them, and may remove anything and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Using aiCooking fairly

Do not copy aiCooking's content in bulk, scrape it, or take apart the app; do not use several accounts or automated tools to collect free gems, rewards or free messages; do not try to get around limits or prices; and do not interfere with aiCooking or other people's use of it.

Ownership

aiCooking, its design, its brand and its chef characters belong to Enchantia Realms, LLC. You may use the recipes and pictures you get in aiCooking for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Other companies' services

Some parts of aiCooking rely on other companies, such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe. Their own terms apply to what they provide.

The iPhone app and Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for aiCooking or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for any claim about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the app; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Disclaimers

aiCooking is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that any recipe will turn out as described. Enchantia Realms, LLC is not liable for nutritional accuracy, recipe results or food safety. Always use your best judgment when handling food and cooking equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Enchantia Realms, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim about aiCooking is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

Ending your use

You can stop using aiCooking and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and may change or stop parts of aiCooking.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about aiCooking will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

If you live outside the United States, you keep any protection that the laws where you live give you and that cannot be waived. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect. If you keep using aiCooking after that, you accept the new terms.
